The passing of an elite soldier during a secret JFT16 commando exercise plunges the Kanawata military base into chaos. Louis-Philippe Savard, an honest officer, is in charge of operations, but encounters resistance from Colonel Allan Craig, who commands the base. Military policewoman Kim Falardeau reveals to Savard that this passing hides something larger. Together, they investigate, unaware that they are embarking on a dangerous spiral.
